Activate your Pro license, invoices, refunds

After a purchase, Freemius — our merchant of record — emails you the license key and the Pro download. Install the Pro ZIP, then open AI Rank Suite → License and connect the key. Activation binds the license to the site; the Studio and Agency plans carry 5 and 25 activations, managed from the same screen.

Moving a license

Deactivate on the old site (or from the customer portal if the site is gone), activate on the new one. No support ticket needed.

Billing, invoices, cancellation

The customer portal holds your invoices, payment method, subscription status and downloads. Cancelling stops the renewal and keeps Pro working until the period ends. The refund policy is 14 days, no questions asked — the button for that is in the portal too.

If the licensing service is unreachable

Pro keeps working for 14 days on the last good check, and the plugin tells you it is in that grace window instead of silently failing. Nothing you created is ever hidden or deleted over a license problem.
